This modern villa forms part of a small development consisting of two private independent properties built with high architectural standards in the beautiful island of Sifnos.
The villa is constructed in a 5000m2 plot located above the secluded and pristine beach of Vroulidia at the northwest side of the island, about 10 minutes drive from the port (Kamares) and 15 minutes from the main village (Apolonia) where most restaurants and bars are located. Its orientation gives it excellent views to open sea and sunset and very good protection from the prevailing northeast winds that blow during summer.

Designed by a very talented young architect the villa combines the traditional use of local stone with a minimal design of straight lines and big openings. It is constructed with 50cm thick stone walls, concrete slabs with natural wood, and wooden beams on the ceilings. The walls are in the natural colours of the stones combined with grey floors and some white elements. The outdoor area has an infinity pool (40m2), shaded sitting and dining areas and a BBQ. The total surface of the outdoor living area is 245m2.

The interior of the villa has a total surface of 286m2 distributed in lower level, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor features a living area with fireplace, dining area and a modern, open plan kitchen. At the same level there is a semi separate guest bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the pool area. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private veranda is situated in the first floor. In the lower level there are two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and a playing room.
